Family Constellations

Family constellations is a therapeutic modality that views the family as a constantly evolving system that looks for balance throughout its generations. Life events and circumstances of our ancestors can have an impact in the present generations, causing the feeling of being stuck or blocked in some aspect of our life, or bring experiences of repetition in certain patterns in different aspects.

This process allows the understanding and integration of conflicts that may have been operating in the shadows, promoting order, balance and harmony in the family system. The issue that the seeker might be experiencing now, can be present with other family members, present or past, in romantic relationships, abundance, money, work-related issues, health and other challenges.

By promoting balance within the system, acknowledging the life and experiences of previous generations, we can finally create a place for ourselves and the future generations that is free from prior belief, limitations and suffering.

Although I can do it on an individual level, in a group setting I’ve often been unable to manage the energy around me and have felt overwhelmed by it. Workshop description

This is a group process where participants are invited to represent roles within others' constellations, and some of you will have the chance to do a constellation about an issue you would like to work on.

Both roles, seeker and representative contribute to the healing process of the family systems involved.

We have extended this workshop to two days for an additional £40. You can attend for one day only, however both days gives everyone the possibility of having a constellation.

I am truly astounded by this powerful Workshop and the many layers and nuances of revelations that it revealed. I am still processing and absorbing the energy and will be for weeks to come. It was an honour and privilege to be part of this group, and to also see others get clarity and understanding to what was revealed to them, was so beautiful. It truly is a magical experience, not to be intellectualised, but to be felt with the soul, to be open to what comes up, that's where the magic lies.
